VMMLA requires visitors to check item larger than 12″x6″x12 (including purses, bags and backpacks) in the lockers located at the official store in 1707 N Las Palmas Ave. The lockers have a cost of $5 USD.

Please check the rules, every exhibition will have different regulations regarding photographs; however, flash photography is not allowed.
No, once the person has left the Museum, they will not be allowed to re-enter for any reason.
A 30 minute window for arrival will be allowed, starting from the time scheduled in your ticket. It is the responsibility of each person to consider their arrival times, so if the person is late they will NOT have access to the exhibition and no changes, returns or cancellations will be accepted.
There will be storage lockers located at the Official Store in 1707 N Las Palmas Ave. The lockers have a cost of $5 USD.

Yes, there are two paid parking lots you can use, one is located next to our Official Store at Parking Lot located at: 1721 N Las Palmas Ave. and there is also a Public Parking located at Cherokee And Hollywood: 1710 N Cherokee Ave. There is also metered parking in and around the area.
Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided.
You will present the QR code to admission staff direct from your smart phone. If you want, you can also print a copy of your ticket, or show the QR code on your phone at the entrance.
